- **Fractional CTO Retainer** — Advisory engagement, begins with a 90-day commitment. Calibrated from monthly strategy to weekly hands-on architecture involvement.

## Background

Aleda wrote her first production code in 1999, for an ad agency pushing the boundaries of the early web. Over 27 years she has shipped games, dynamic websites, content management tools, reporting systems, hybrid mobile apps, serverless platforms, and AI-driven systems. For most of the past seventeen years she worked at a single company that grew out of a website she built as a contractor — the work became the company, and the company became the platform behind Sherloq, an AI-driven serverless analytics app on AWS that earned IBM Partner status and an IBM case study feature. Along the way she integrated several production AI services — IBM Watson NLU, IBM AutoAI, the Claude API, and a Vapi voice AI for after-hours call intake — and learned when to retire an AI service that has stopped earning its place.

Core technologies: AWS / Serverless, Node.js / TypeScript, React / Angular / Nest.js, LLM prompt engineering, ML model training, DynamoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL, DevOps.

## Selected Work

- **Sherloq** — AI-enabled analytics platform. Co-led architecture and development from 2015 onward. Serverless AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito, IBM Blockchain), Node.js/TypeScript, React. Production AI integrations: IBM Watson NLU for lead classification, Claude API for lead pre-processing, IBM AutoAI for ad ranking (retired). Featured as an IBM case study.
- **Voice AI for answering service** — Contributed to a Vapi-based voice AI system that handles calls for businesses. Still in production.
